It all started back in 1977 when I went to a party with my sister's at there high school I was only 14 teen year old, at that time when I got there the d.j.  was doing his thing I was so amaze my the dj that night. I got down with them. the names of the d.j. that night was Mr. Magic of g.o.l.d. prod. aka gentlemen of leisure disco I got down with them, to learn how to play that music like they play that night and been play music ever since, I was Influenced by Mr. magic and  Stephen Johnson it was fun back in the days when music was music I like to play the underground and the Chicago house music and that old disco, I can not get in to that rap music when you been playing club music for so long as I have been it just not in me. the first thing I learn was how to hook up the equipment they had all the latest equipment first it was technics 1800s back in 1977 and when the technics 1200s came out they was the first to have them the amplifiers was all crown the crossover was crown not a 3 knot the mixer was a AST the best by far knots and fader the speakers was sunn, altex, and ass kicker back then by far the best equipment in town. so I learn on the best. I had very good teacher., keeping the music on beat was my next step I got the hang of it very quick my teachers was on me all the time.  about 1979 I when out on my own to do my own thing. I was doing party and club, house party was hot back then. I when out and got my own crew. Call Mr. big balls and crew  we did party all over Newark CLUB PARADISIO was the biggest thing I did back then in high school and those block party was off the hook. that's Demarest street block party up in the Weequahic side of town, right now I'm still playing music, ex-manager of phillips night club , coming out with my own house music records label doing web sites. looking to play oversea one day but right now music is my life.
